WOW !!!! How Good Is This ? ….. Emu Park now has its own famous Gothic Couple thanks to the wonderful talents of Emu Parks own Mosaic Master Barb Tamassy.
Barb spent many months creating the Gothics to go onto a specially built bench. It will be on permanent display at the entrance to the Gallery. Over the time she was assisted by volunteers who gave their time to put the tile pieces into their respective spots.
Barb is a long time member of the Emu Park Art Gallery and runs regular mosaic workshops.
A special mention should go out to Barbs husband Ray who constructed the bench seat to house the Emu Park Gothics.
The Gallery is open to the public from 10am to 4pm Wednesday to Sunday. Admission is FREE. Why not pop down and take your own photo with the Emu Park Gothics.

(Jan 2018) Yes it is true that the beautiful Art Gallery building has been put up for sale. It was a hard decision that was made by the Beasley Family that own the building but alas, all good things must come to an end.
BUT THE GOOD NEWS IS… The Art Gallery and its members are, and will continue to grow and thrive into the future. “We” have a bright future and contingency plans are being made for the ‘if’ and ‘when’ the time comes to move out.
RE OUR WORKSHOPS…. 2018 is going to be big for Art Workshops from the Gallery. These will be advertised soon. We have suitable venues to hold all upcoming workshops should we have to vacate the Art Gallery Building.
Please spread the word should you hear that the Emu Park Gallery group is closing…. We are all alive and well and as creative and enthusiastic as ever.
The Gallery itself will still be operating as usual –
Open 10am to 4pm Wed – Sun
42 Pattison Street, Emu Park.
Come on down to the Gallery and check out what is available. You won’t be disappointed. Admission is FREE.
